This norwegian countryside girl is no
longer a newcomer, her career has
blossomed. She has performed at
several major festivals in Norway and
made appearances on national TV and
radio. She has played a considerable
number of shows in Norway and
around Europe. She has travelled to
the USA and toured California on two
occasions: at first in January 2012 -
one girl and her guitar on the road
- and again in the Summer of 2013,
when she returned with some fellow
norwegian musicians to further explore
the american West Coast and share her
Since the release of “Friendly Fools”
Marjit has focused on developing her
song writing and exploring all the
melodies drifting around in her head.
She loves to share her music with
different musicians and hear how her
songs can change shape and feeling.
